Orlesa Poole

Licensed Clinical social Worker

I specialize in transforming challenging relationships into opportunities for connection and understanding. Whether you're a couple in distress, co-parents striving to harmonize, or a family seeking reunification, I'm here to guide you with compassionate, evidence-based strategies that really work.

  • I serve:

High-Conflict Couples: Leveraging my Gottman training and dozens of success stories, I help couples navigate through their conflicts, enhance communication, and rediscover intimacy.

Co-parents: I provide clear, effective strategies for co-parents, facilitating cooperation and respect that prioritizes the well-being of their children.

Couples After Infidelity: It is possible for your relationship to recover after infidelity. I help partners rebuild trust and intimacy, overcoming past betrayals and creating a pathway to a stronger, more resilient relationship.

  • Personalized Therapy with Clear Goals: At the heart of our work together is a commitment to your individual needs and objectives. From day one, we set clear, actionable goals for every session, ensuring each step is purposeful and directed towards meaningful change.

Data-Driven and Solutions-Focused: You can expect therapy that's not only based on the latest research but also tailored to deliver real results quickly. We use data to track progress and adapt strategies as needed, focusing on practical solutions that effectively address your specific challenges.

Open and Honest Communication: In our sessions, every topic is on the table. We tackle the hard conversations with honesty and respect, whether they're about relationships, parenting, or personal growth. This open dialogue ensures that you feel heard and supported throughout your journey with me.

Empowerment and Support: As your therapist, I’m here to guide you, challenge you, and support you. I aim to empower you with the tools and insights needed to manage and improve your relationships on your own, making therapy a transformative experience that extends beyond our sessions.

  • Beyond therapy, I'm a foodie, travel enthusiast, and plant lover. I balance my professional life with personal passions, including spending quality time with my husband and son, diving into wellness blogs, and relaxing with comedies on Netflix. I love the outdoors and in the warmer months, expect to always find me in or near a body of water.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida and my Masters in Social Work from the Catholic University of America. My professional background includes specialized training and practical experience in addressing complex relationship issues. I am trained in the Gottman Method, Imago Couples Therapy and Discernment Counseling. My expertise extends to conflict resolution, co-parenting coordination, and reunification therapy, equipping me to handle a wide range of family and couple dynamics.

  • I founded Poole Conflict Solutions because I deeply believe in the power of connection. To me, the essence of a fulfilling life revolves around the relationships we nurture and sustain. As a therapist, I have witnessed firsthand how genuine connections can be the turning point in overcoming challenges like depression, anxiety, and addiction. My love for family and community drives every aspect of my work.
