COUPLES THERAPY IN MARYLAND, VIRGINIA AND WASHINGTON, DC.
Improve communication & restore intimacy.
You love each other, but right now, every conversation feels like a battle.
It's not supposed to be this hard. You and your partner are unintentionally becoming experts at hurting each other, and every day it feels more like you're speaking different languages. The laughter and ease you once shared seem like distant memories, overshadowed by endless arguments and chilly silences that hang between you. You’re technically partnered, but you’ve never felt so misunderstood or alone.
You’re tired of feeling caught in this endless cycle:
Rehashing the same issues, feeling stuck with no resolution in sight
Making up temporarily, but without tackling the deeper problems
Enjoying brief periods of calm, falsely believing everything is resolved
Revisiting the same conflicts, reigniting the cycle of disagreements
Feeling increasingly isolated, wondering if things will ever change, even considering whether it might be better to part ways
how i can help
Couples therapy can help you address communication breakdowns and unresolved conflicts head-on.
Our approach isn't about quick fixes; it's about sustainable healing and understanding. Utilizing evidence-based practices, including the Gottman Method and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we dive deep to unearth the roots of your discord, helping you both understand not just what you're fighting about, but why.
We rebuild the communication that has broken down over time, fostering a new level of understanding and cooperation. Our sessions provide you with the tools you need not just to patch things up but to lay down a stronger foundation for your future together.

Engage in conversations that strengthen rather than damage your relationship
We teach you how to change tough conversations into chances to grow closer and understand each other better, improving the way you communicate and see each other’s worlds.
Rediscover the companionship and intimacy that first brought you together.
We help you work through conflicts and misunderstandings, restoring the connection that's been lost under the stress of everyday challenges. Once we move beyond the conflict, we can work on connecting and tuning into each other’s needs.
Create a partnership that's not just surviving but thriving.
Even though things feel tough right now, imagine a world where you and your partner truly love and respect each other. Imagine a world where you discuss things calmly instead of fighting. With the right strategies and insights, that world is within reach, and your relationship will be even stronger for it.
we want you to know:
Real, lasting change is possible.
It starts with understanding that the patterns of today don't have to define your tomorrow. End the cycle of frustration and start a new chapter in your relationship.
