Online therapy at Poole Conflict Solutions is conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platforms. Sessions are similar to in-person meetings, focusing on your goals and concerns, with the flexibility to attend from the comfort of your home. We provide personalized, goal-oriented therapy tailored to your specific needs, ensuring effective outcomes.

For sessions with Orlesa Poole, the cost is $225 for each session. For sessions with Daniela Morillo, the cost is $175 for each session. While we do not accept insurance directly, we can submit claims on your behalf for out-of-network reimbursement. This allows you to potentially recover some of the costs through your insurance provider’s out-of-network benefits.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you miss a session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the full session cost.

Frequent missed sessions without notice may require a discussion about your commitment to therapy, but we are here to support you, not to penalize you. Our goal is to work with you to find solutions that fit your schedule and needs.
